Policy regarding service, and inclusive of any restrictions or other special condition in place.

 

    • Confirmation details:

      • A confirmation email and a certificate of use will be sent as soon as the order is confirmed. Please check inboxes or spam folders for incoming mail. If no email has been received within 30mins, please contact us as soon as possible.

    • Terms and conditions:

      • Passengers must provide a printed certificate of use, or the confirmation email on their smartphones for inspection before the journey begins.
      • 24-hour notice before pick-up time is required should order details be changed. Once changed, please ensure to obtain confirmation. An additional amendment charge of HKD200 will be applied.
      • If you choose “Local Transfer” Service, drivers wait for more than 15 minutes,the order will be cancelled and no refund will be available.
      • If you choose “Airport Arrival”Service, our staff wait for more than 60 minutes (for  the time of “at gate”), the order will be cancelled and no refund will be available.
      • If you choose “Departure” Service, driverswait for more than 15 minutes, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be available.
      • If the Hong Kong Observatory hoists Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning, customers may postpone journeys without additional charge.
      • Passengers who are carrying multiple pieces of luggage are advised to request MPV.
      • En-route or additional stop is not allowed in the journey.
    • Charges include:

      • Single journey fees (Only available for designated districts)
      • Tunnel and bridge tolls, and parking fees
      • Our Company provides for third party liability protection

    • Other Services Charges / Additional Charges:

      • Night Charge: HKD150 Per order between 00:00 and 06:00 (Pick-up time).
      • Meet & Greet Charge: HKD150 Per order.
      • Baby Seat Charge: HKD80 per pc.
      • 24-hour notice before pick-up time is required should order details be changed. An additional amendment charge of HKD200 and the difference will be applied.
      • Should passengers require an extension of waiting time, please contact us via WhatsApp or WeChat. Every extra 60 minutes of waiting time will incur fees of HKD150.
    • Transport details:

    • Arrival Service:

      • Once baggage has been collected, customers should proceed towards Hotel and Travel Agent Counters B07, which can be found in the limousine lounge on the 5th floor in Terminal 1. Operating hours: 07:30-22:30.
      • Should passengers arrive outside of operating hours (22:30-07:30), drivers will wait for you at counter B07 with passengers' names on visible signage.

      • Public Photos / Files - LL003
    • Meet & Greet Service:

      • Once baggage has been collected, our staff will wait for passengers at Arrivals Hall with passengers’ name on visible signage

    • Waiting time limits:

    • Arrival Service:

      • Late fines will not be incurred within 60 minutes of the flight's landing time “at gate”. Drivers will wait for a maximum period of 60 minutes after the flight's reported landing time. Providing your flight details can make your limousine experience run alot smoother.
      • Should the waiting time exceed 60 minutes, the order will be cancelled, assuming that the passenger no longer requires transportation services, and the driver will leave. Refunds will not be provided. (Please note that SIM-card and WiFi purchases at the Airport takes longer during peak seasons).
      • Should passengers require an extension of waiting time, please contact us via WhatsApp or WeChat. Every extra 60 minutes of waiting time will incur fees of HKD150.
    • Departure Service:

      • Maximum 15 minutes waiting time from the originally stated pick-up time.
      • Should passengers require an extension of waiting time, please contact us via WhatsApp or WeChat. Every extra 60 minutes of waiting time will incur fees of HKD150.

    • Point-to-point (Local Transfer) Service:

      • Maximum 15 minutes waiting time from the originally stated pick-up time.
      • Should passengers require an extension of waiting time, please contact us via WhatsApp or WeChat. Every extra 60 minutes of waiting time will incur fees of HKD150.

    • Note.:

      • The above additional fees must be paid to the driver in cash.
      • If there are discrepancies between the predicted journey time and the actual journey time, additional feels must be paid to the driver. Any paid fees will not be refunded.
      • Different car types have varying capacities for numbers of passengers and amount of luggage; we reserve the right to refuse to an overload of passengers or luggage.
      • Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited in vehicles. If the interior is soiled, this company reserves the right to request compensation for cleaning services.
